Kentucky KM-254 Mandolin

Discontinued

KM-254

The KM-254 is identical to the KM-250 (new version of the KM-250S) with the exception of the finish. The KM-254 features a burgundy finish as an alternative to the traditional sunburst.

The new KM-254 Mandolin features upgraded tone woods with improved carving and graduation but does not stop there. Additional improvements include a bone nut, one piece neck with a dovetail neck-joint, rosewood peg head overlay with a new inlaid "La Spada" pattern done in pearl and abalone, traditional-style 2 screw truss rod cover, improved tailpiece design and a nice set of Gotoh tuners. All in all, this new KM-254 Mandolin is much better than its predecessor (KM-250S), both in tone and features.
