We offer Free Shipping on most orders over $199.00. You may receive your items in several shipments. Shipping and Handling charges are determined by the item(s) ordered. All orders are subject to verfication.

Standard Shipping Rates

Orders may be shipped via UPS or US Postal Service. All shipments are fully insured.

Orders usually arrive within 2-3 business days for US Postal Service First Class, Priority Mail, and UPS by the West Coast

Orders shipped via UPS Ground usually arrives within 5-7 business days. (more about Delivery Times)

Acoustic instruments that require setup may take an additional 1-3 days for shop work.

Please note that we dont ship on weekends and holidays.

Alaska orders may be shipped via UPS Ground or US Postal Service.

Small Acoustic instruments and Bigger items will have additional charges. A new invoice with new S&H quote will be emailed for your approval before your order is shipped.

APO and FPO Adresses: All packages sent via US Postal Service. Orders usually arrive within 21 business days.

U.S. territories include: American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Expedited Shipping, Express Shipping

UPS Overnight, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Air, US Postal Service Express are available at an additional charge.

We are happy to accept Canadian Orders.

Orders usually arrive within 6-10 days(USPS Priority Mail); up to 5 days (Express Mail). It may take longer for customs to clear.

Exchange Rates: All prices are shown and payable in USD (US Dollars). To determine Prices in CAD (Canadian Dollars), click the link below and enter the amount to convert. Click here for current USD to CAD exchange rates.

Orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). For many small items, there will be no additional S&H over our standard U.S. rates. Larger items may require additional S&H fees. You may email us for a quote or place the order and we will contact you if additional fees are needed. A new invoice with new S&H quote will be emailed for your approval before your order is shipped.

via UPS: Please note shipments to Canada are susceptible to Canadian taxes, duties, and brokerage fees. We do not have any control over these fees and they are not included in our prices. Here is a link to UPS: Rates for Customs Clearance into Canada

via US Postal Service: The downside of postal shipments is the longer delays going through customs and lack of tracking numbers. Most USPS shipments do not arrive for 2-3 weeks and we have had a couple shipments showing up over one month later. UPS is much more efficient. If your order is shipped via USPS, please be patient. :) As for brokerage fees, USPS costs less.

For Expedited Shipping Quotes, please email us or give us a Call at: 1-800-493-4922. Please note that Acoustic instruments that require setup work may not be ready for immediate shipment. These may require minor adjustments before they are ready. It could take an additional 1-3 business days of Shop work.

Our site does not support Expedited Shipping calculations. To give you an estimate on some our items, please see the sample below. Often larger items are considered an oversized shipment via air. This means they are billed by size and not weight. Items that are as big as a Cello may run from $150.00 - $300.00 via Air Shipment.

Violins are a good example of a light shipment that can be very costly due to the size. The rates below are for reference only. These are average prices. For an exact estimate you may call us for a quote with your shipping address provided and the item you are interested to purchase.

We do our best to accurately estimate how soon items will be shipped. These estimates are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we have items prepared for shipment, Setup work at the Shop (up to an additional 1-3 days), and Product Availability.

When will I receive my order? = Product Availability + Setup Work + Transit time = Total estimated time for delivery.

All availability and shipping times are estimated in business days. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. Availability is the time it takes to prepare the product for shipment. We show average times on individual item pages. These estimates are in addition to the transit time listed below. Because of the varying sizes of our products, we only show one available Standard Shipping option during checkout. Standard Shipping time is normally 1-7 days depending on the shipping address.

Expedited Shipping: Overnight, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Air, shipments are available. Please call us or check our "Expedited Shipping" information.
